February 2nd      Teaching in Schools (9 weeks)

February 9th       Christine MacKay Music commences teaching @ Waiuku College = 8 week term

February 5th       7.00 p.m. NZMSM Teacher’s Meeting - There are no lessons on this night

March 7th           Franklin Children’s Art Festival at the Pukekohe Town Hall: 10 am to 2.00 pm

 

April 2nd            7.00 p.m. NZMSM Teacher’s Meeting - There are no lessons on this night

April 2nd            Theory Exam Entries Close - MUST be submitted 1 week prior to your teacher

                          Competition Entries Close - NO LATE ENTRIES - 

                          MUST be submitted 1 week prior to your teacher

April 2nd            End of Term 1

April 3rd to 6th   Easter - Happy Holidays everyone.  See you safe and sound at the return of Term 2.

 

TERM TWO     

April 20th          [School start date of Term Two. ( 11 weeks)]

                         N.B. Please note, this date is the tragic 10th anniversary of our son Adams' 

                         passing.  We will be in Australia with our daughter and will not return 

                         until the end of the 2nd week of term 2.

May 15th           Auckland Competition Entries Close

May 28th           7.00 p.m. NZMSM Teacher’s Meeting:- Competitions. 

                         Bring all student own choice pieces, bars numbered 

                         -  There are no lessons on this night

June 12th         Counties-Manukau Competitions, Baptist Church

June 13th         Counties-Manukau Competitions, Baptist Church

June 26th          7.00 p.m. NZMSM Teacher’s Meeting  -  There are no lessons on this night

June 26th          Practical Exam Entries Close - NO LATE ENTRIES 

                         - MUST be submitted 1 week prior to your teacher including full fee

June 28th          Auckland Competitions

July 3rd             End of Term 2

 

TERM THREE

July 20th           Start of Term Three. ( 10 week term )

August 22nd to Sept 13th - Practical Exams MAY commence - ALL OWN CHOICE PIECES 

                         TO BE FROM YOUR OWN ORIGIONAL BOOKS  AND SUBMITTED TO 

                         EXAMINER BY 1ST OF AUGUST - ALLOW FOR POSTAL DELIVERY TIME.

September 19th Theory Exam Entries close - NO LATE ENTRIES 

                         - MUST be submitted 1 week prior to your teacher

September 25th End of Term 3

 

TERM FOUR 2015

October 12th      Start of Term Four. (9 or 10 weeks depending on individual schools)
